Jeffrey Krone

Jeffrey Krone is an experienced Executive and Entrepreneur with expertise in cutting-edge technologies (i.e., SD-WAN, UCaaS, CCaaS, IT Security, Virtual Desktops, etc.), big data platforms (Hadoop), Contract Negotiation, and Technical Due Diligence. Jeffrey has been involved in all levels of technology firms, from start-ups (Founder), private, public to private, and publicly traded companies with focus areas across multiple industries. Jeffrey is passionate about innovation and how technology can be utilized to improve and modernize outdated ways of doing things while reducing costs simultaneously. Mr. Krone has worked on over sixty (60) global acquisitions, ten (10) divestitures, and five (5) bankruptcies per his experience with Private Equity Firms. He has negotiated hundreds of IT, Patent, and IT Due Diligence related contracts for his customers.

Niraj is a thoughtful leader with extensive success and experience building digital products on the E-Commerce platform. Has 20-plus years of experience across industries. As a leader, our mission is to be accountable for our Customers’ needs with the objective of a Customer-centric approach in enabling technologies, including keeping lower delivery costs. Has demonstrated abilities to work with large teams to deliver products and services for B2B and B2C customers for eCommerce solutions, ERP, and integration of platforms. Niraj has implemented multiple complete Life cycle projects across the product domain, enabling partners to achieve their goals of revenue growth. SouperNik results from many years of collaboration in the cybersecurity space, bringing out the best of individuals to secure the organization.
